SOUND THERAPY TRAINING

Psychosomatic

• AWAKENING CONSCIOUSNESS THROUGH SOUND •

Sound therapy is more than a therapeutic practice: it's a journey of discovery towards a full awareness of the inner self. Sound doesn't just vibrate in our ears; the body, composed of water, receives these vibrations. Sounds are waves with particular shapes, natural geometries that are formed in the very essence of our bodies. Just as every substance produces energy that emanates as waves with unique curves.

The audio quality of the video recordings is true to life. No sound effects have been added.

The sound of the instruments used in the session invites us to meditative presence, to reconnect with the essential, to refocus our listening.

These times of sharing are rich in lessons and exchanges, helping us to experience together our doubts and understandings about ourselves.

For the past 10 years, Florel and Sandriene have been running various workshops to help participants open their consciousness.

Workshop and animation

Sound and self-awareness .

Sound is a tangible and permanent energetic link between beings. Everything is energy, and sound is its expression in a play of frequencies. The experience of sound connects us directly with our perception and the body's intelligence. Sound therapy sessions are a way to achieve, according to our individual situation, a better understanding of our feelings by experiencing them through sound.
